Baptism

For infants, Baptism is usually celebrated on the second and fourth Sunday each month. A preparation class for parents is required. Special arrangements for older children can be made.

First Reconciliation and First Communion

Geared to second grade and older, preparation for Reconciliation begins in October with First Communion celebrated in the spring.

Confirmation

Geared to ninth grade and older, two years of preparation beginning in October, with Confirmation celebrated at the end of the second year.

Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults

Adults who have not received one or more of the sacraments of initiation (Baptism, Confirmation, Eucharist) are invited to join the RCIA process.

Marriage

Marriage preparation meetings are scheduled with the priest or deacon. Couples need to contact the priest twelve months prior to the desired date.

Anointing

A Mass of healing with the sacrament of Anointing of the Sick is offered two times each year. Other times are available upon request.

Reconciliation

Private Penance is scheduled at 3:30 p.m. each Saturday. Daytime and evening Communal Penance Services are held during Advent and Lent.

Ordination

Information on the permanent diaconate or the priesthood can be received from the Archdiocese of St. Paul/Minneapolis.
